                                                 June 2026 Monthly Meeting Minutes

The Monthly Meeting of the LOUISIANA XII CHAPTER of the BLUE KNIGHTS INTERNATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT MOTORCYCLE CLUB was called to order on June 1^st, 2026 at 6:40 PM by Chapter President Gerald Cormier.

Item #1 - Secretary’s Report

1A: Roll call found 5 members present, 4 spouses present, and 1 child present.

The Board of Directors was accounted for as listed below.

A motion was made to accept the minutes of the May 4^th, 2026 monthly meeting;

Item #2 - Treasurers Report

The Treasures Report was prepared and presented by Treasurer Pink Duckworth As of May 4^th, 2026; the balance of the account is:

Item #3 -Vice President’s Report

3A- Our Saturday June 6^th ride will be to Mortons Seafood in Madisonville. We will meet at the Chevron Station at Causeway and West Esplanade at 11:30 AM. Kickstands up shortly after.

3B-Our Saturday June 20^th ride will be to Dempsey's in Kiln Mississippi. We will be meeting at the Lakefront across from Landry’s Seafood at 10:00 AM, kickstands up shortly after.

3C- On July 11^th our monthly ride will be to Rocky & Carlos in Chalmette. We will be meeting across from Landry’s seafood at the Lakefront at 5:00 PM. Kickstands up shortly after.

Item #4 - President’s Report

4A- President Cormier talked to us about assisting the La XVI chapter that is putting in a bid to host an International Convention in 2028.

Item #5- The next monthly meeting

The next monthly meeting will be held on July 6^th, 2026 at Piccadilly’s in Gretna. Dinner at 6:00 PM, and the meeting will start at 6:30 PM.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 7:09 PM.
